About us
Danish Himalayan Society – in short DHS – is a non-profit organisation.
We help climbers get to mountains – primarily the Himalayan range.
We help by publishing information about the Himalayas – here and in the form of books, videos and lectures.
As expeditions are expensive we charge money for the material we publish and for our lectures. But we are not here on a commercial basis – only to fund some more activities in our area of interest. Can we get on another expedition we might publish even more interesting material in the future.
